There is no obligation for guests to present a card.
They simply mention where they were referred from when booking or arriving.

How the referral works

  1. You personally recommend The Nail Room Sanur to your guest

  2. You may optionally hand them a referral card as a reminder

  3. The guest books directly with us

  4. The guest mentions your business when booking or on arrival

  5. Our reception team records the referral internally

 

The process is intentionally simple and human.

Partner appreciation

As a thank-you for referrals:

  • We allocate 50,000 IDR Nail Room service credit internally for each referred guest.

  • Milestone Reward: Every 5 referrals, 300,000 IDR credit. Resets and repeats.

  • Credits can be used for Nail Room services

​

All tracking is handled internally by our reception team.

Experience visit

Selected partner receptionists may be invited for a one-time experience visit to get to know our service and standards firsthand.

 

Experience visits are:

  • By appointment only

  • One time only

  • Gel manicure or gel pedicure

  • Same care and standards as all clients
